Custom Print Size

• A 75% upfront payment is required for custom size orders, with the remainder due upon delivery of the product.
• Custom size orders are not eligible for return, which is why we take extra care to ensure your satisfaction. Our meticulous process includes:
1. Confirming that the selected digital art piece meets the requirements of your desired size.
2. Providing you with a mock-up, if you're using our printers.
3. Sending you a purchase contract through DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
4. Upon receipt of the signed contract, we deliver the digital art or mock-up, if needed.
